At Big Biz Books, we want our customers to have the best possible experience with our digital mini e-books. Because our products are delivered electronically, our refund and return policies are different from those for physical goods.
1. Digital Products – No Returns
All of our e-books are digital downloads and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a non-returnable digital product.
2. Refunds
We generally do not offer refunds after an e-book has been downloaded. However, refunds may be considered in the following exceptional cases:
Technical Error: If you experience issues accessing or downloading your e-book that cannot be resolved by our support team.
Incorrect Product Delivered: If you receive the wrong e-book due to a system error.
3. How to Request a Refund

4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
Change of mind after purchase.
Inability to use the e-book due to device incompatibility (all e-books are provided in standard formats such as PDF or ePub).
Claiming dissatisfaction with content after download (samples/previews are available before purchase).
